In the past I have used Superchips with their Bluefin handheld to remap my previous A4 and have generally been pleased with the results. I've had my A6 allroad 2010 for about 15 months. The day after buying it (privately), the yellow engine light came on. I happened to be near a dealership at the time and took it in. The scanner showed it was exhaust gas recirculation - low flow. They said it needed a new EGR valve and it would cost about 2.5k.

Aug 27, 2016. #2. TBH I wouldn't do anything with it. The car can have several faulty glow plugs and no CEL will be raised and the owner will notice no issue. Change the other 5 plugs and hopefully they will come out OK. You need to make sure the engine is hot before you try and remove the plug to reduce the chance of the plug snapping.
UDS Protocol (G450) procedure. Key ON, Engine OFF. [Basic Settings] Select Adaptation of diff. pressure sensor particulate filter. [Go!] to activate the Basic Setting. After the result of Finished Correctly appears click [Stop] Select Resetting of learned values of difference pressure sensor.

I think I will try and manouvre the manifold out with it on, it looks like it will come out with this in place.

I am the happy owner of an Audi A4 B7 3.0 TDI 204 (BKN) of 2005. It is a pleasure to drive it with a simple remap. But I want more power and I am limited with fuel pressure. With original map, fuel pressure mounts at 1600 bar, all is OK. And with my remap, I can't touch 1600 bar like original map (I ask 1600 bar a little earlier).
